Early Bird has been serving exceptional coffee for years and gained a reputation in Toronto as being forerunners in the burgeoning specialty coffee scene. We care about the details. This means that we care about everything from where the beans are sourced to the quality of customer service. We are a multi roaster cafe and this focus is because we want to share the experience of coffees that have been roasted all over the world from the most renown roasters.
