Frisaca was a dream conceived in 2007, The name comes from 3 children – Frida, Salvador and Camila. Cool right? I know. The concept came from a disappointment with the Mexican food in the city. Frozen, deep fried and expensive. We decided to open place that served fresh, handmade food. The menu is small so nothing gets wasted. Almost all the ingredients are from local markets and there are plenty of local craft beers on tap.
